Students To Attend – Thanks to Capital One
It’s a cliche, we know, but students really are the future of open source.
If students don’t learn the fundamentals while in school and meet today’s “experts” at industry events, how can we reasonably expect the innovation open source is responsible for to continue? The short answer is that we can’t.
We’ve worked very closely with Capital One this year to enable some of the top technology students in the U.S. to attend the conference. Because of Capital One, these students will be able to access the education and networking opportunities ATO has become known for.
Just a few of the colleges and universities sending students include:
North Carolina Central University
Duke University
NC A&T
North Carolina State University
University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill
Shaw University
A heartfelt thanks to Capital One from the All Things Open team for making this possible.
