Katherine Johnson is General Counsel and VP of Compliance and Human Resources for Storj Labs. Katherine has worked in compliance throughout much of her career, including her time as Director of Compliance Regulation at Coinbase, where she supported the company during a period of hyper-growth. While at Coinbase she also helped launch its People of Color Employee Resource Group. Katherine has had a long and successful career, previously working for Ernst and Young, Credit Suisse, BNY Mellon, and several law firms. In her spare time, Katherine serves on the school board at her daughter’s charter school. She also spends as much time as possible with her oldest daughter who lives in New York, enjoys baking cakes, and is currently learning how to shred on guitar.
