Chris Krycho
Chris Krycho is a Christian software engineer, passionate about both the mechanics and the ethics of software development. Over the last decade, he has written software in a variety of languages and domains: realtime avionics software, computational physics models, Windows 98 desktop apps (in 2012!), the King James Bible as a web app, and a white-labeled ordering UI used by many of the largest restaurant brands in America. He founded the Ember.js TypeScript team and taught thousands of people about the Rust programming language through the New Rustacean podcast. These days, he works on front-end infrastructure at LinkedIn—building out tools in Rust, TypeScript, and more. When he’s not writing software, he’s usually hanging out with his family, serving his church, running, writing, or enjoying some bourbon.
