Couchbase

Austin Gonyou has a long history of working with organizations using databases from open source MySQL (pre-Oracle), MariaDB, Postgres, Oracle, and MS SQL. During the last five years, he transitioned away from traditional RDBMS with Couchbase, and has been an advocate for the community to help them transition to and integrate with NoSQL technologies, both on-premises with Couchbase Server and at the edge with Couchbase Mobile.

Austin lives in Colorado with his wife, three kids, and Border Collie, and loves to mountain bike in the summer and snowboard in the winter. He is a former U.S. Marine, so please forgive his gruff exterior and direct tone.
