New Speakers Announced
In our opinion, speakers, and the topics and content they deliver, are the most important components of a conference. They are the primary reason attendees register, show up, and spend time at an event.
With that in mind, we’ve added a good number of new speakers over the last few weeks, and all are world-class and bring so much to the table in terms of background and experience. We could not be more proud to host them, and we are sincerely grateful they’ve decided to join us.
We encourage everyone to check out those speakers that have been recently added. They can be found toward the end of the website speakers page. Speakers are added to the page in the order they’re confirmed.

Saron Yitbarek
Saron is the CEO and founder of CodeNewbie, the most supportive community of programmers and people learning to code. She’s also a developer, speaker, and podcaster. Saron hosts and produces the CodeNewbie Podcast and the Basecs Podcast. She also hosts Command Line Heroes, the Red Hat podcast.

Chris Wright
Chris Wright is vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) at Red Hat. Wright leads the Office of the CTO, which is responsible for incubating emerging technologies and developing forward-looking perspectives on innovations such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, distributed storage, software defined networking and network functions virtualization, containers, automation and continuous delivery, and distributed ledger.

Nick Craver is the Architecture Lead at Stack Overflow, where he’s been since 2011 maintaining and improving the platform that serves millions of developers every day and handle billions of hits a month. Outside of Stack, he maintains many open source projects such as MiniProfiler, Opserver, and StackExchange.Exceptional. He also helps co-maintain Dapper, StackExchange.Redis, and contributes to the .NET platform itself.

Kim leads Developer Relations at Auth0 and is a Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies. She’s passionate about identity, authentication, constant learning, and developer communities. She loves learning from and sharing with other inhabitants of the tech space. She also enjoys mentoring engineers who are interested in leadership and career growth.

Erica Stanley
Erica Stanley is an engineer, entrepreneur and diversity & inclusion advocate. She is an engineering manager for the analytics and integrations teams at SalesLoft – where she’s helping grow the product engineering team for #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta, 2 years in a row. She’s worked with Fortune 500 companies, as well as successful startups.Erica is active in the Atlanta technology community. She founded the Atlanta network of Women Who Code, where she organizes conferences, hackathons, workshops and networking events for women technologists. She also helps develop and teach youth coding programs and mentors entrepreneurs for local incubators and accelerators.
